The staff are amazing - friendly and knowledgeable. I hope the owner knows that each time they process payroll, that they are getting bang for their buck, each staff member is worth their weight in gold. The loveliest group of people ever. Armidale pet lovers are lucky to have you all!!!

Wow what an amazing store. Lovely customer service! The amazing young lady Summer helped me pick out the exact right shampoo for my dogs eczema! They have so many cute fish and everyone in there is happy to help. My go to pet store!

Not a bad store, a bit expensive on some items. Service is OK. The DIY dog wash is a real winner and sets it apart in this area. Parking is ample and easy to get to, central to other shopping needs.

Despite the dog wash not having any conditioner for the second time, it is really awesome to have something like that locally. Makes bathing our border collie so much easier than at home. Prices aren't always the best but the staff are nice to deal with.
